Shipping

We ship all around New Zealand with New Zealand Post. 


Cost

We charge a flat rate of $7.


Timing

During the lockdown period all orders will be posted on a Saturday. If you place an order after 10am on Saturday, it will be posted the following weekend. We will let you know once your parcel has left the building! Please allow 2-3 working days for your parcels to arrive, depending on your location. Due to COVID-19, there may be further delays out of our control. We apologise for this and thank our Posties for doing such a great job.


International Shipping

Packaging

Your orders will be sent out in @r3packnz recycled paper envelopes so no additional plastic coming your way, hooray!

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to I Used To Be within 30 days of your original purchase date unless specified as part of a sale or promotion. 

  • For all return enquiries please email us within 14 days of placing your order

  • Please include your name and order number in your enquiry

  • Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached

  • I Used To Be reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of damage, alterations or misuse

  • Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed

  • Return policy only applies to purchases made on www.iusedtobe.co.nz

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake


Exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to exchange item(s), please email us regarding exchanges. Please include your name and order number in your enquiry. We’ll do our best to help out!


Damages
 

If your order is damaged, please email us. Please include your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item in your enquiry. We will do our best to resolve the issue.


Cancellations

Please get in touch asap if you would like to cancel an order.


Right to Cancel

We sell our bags at various markets, and it takes us a short time afterwards to update the website, so there may be times where an item on the website is displaying as available when it has actually already been sold. We apologise for this, and will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve this if it happens!
